Phase 2 & 3 Clubhouse Master Plan
Coming Soon!
Projected to start in 2027
This section highlights the upcoming improvements planned for the Clubhouse, including renovations to core interior spaces and the conceptual designs for future expansion. These projects build on our Phase 1 updates and focus on elevating everyday member use, event functionality, and long-term clubhouse amenities.
The Details:
1
Main Foyer, Stairway
& Banquet Hallway
Phase 2 upgrades will enhance our primary member pathways with refreshed finishes and updated mechanical systems. Renovations include new carpet, paint, trim, ceilings, and lighting along the main foyer, member stairway, and banquet hallway, along with system improvements for the administrative offices and banquet restrooms. Design is underway with anticipated completion in Fiscal 2027.
2
Swing Room
& Ballroom
Our most-used event and gathering spaces will receive new finishes, improved mechanical systems, and enhancements to elevate the member experience. Planned features include upgraded flooring, ceilings, lighting, kitchen mechanical updates, an expanded bar, and a Nana wall concept to open the space seasonally.
3
Future Clubhouse
Expansion
A potential long-term clubhouse expansion introduces a reimagined ground floor with relocated men’s locker rooms, new dedicated member restrooms, and two private dining rooms: a Wine Cellar for up to 28 guests and a Boardroom for up to 24. A new member-service kitchen will support dining areas while converting the existing kitchen into a dedicated event space. Outdoor dining on the Member Terrace would grow from 42 seats to more than 100, and new lounge areas will complement an upgraded locker experience served by a private bar. This phase also proposes a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness facility with 24/7 access, positioned behind the simulators and adjacent to locker amenities.
