Upcoming Golf Course Projects
This phase is made up of improvements on holes #7-9. The limit of construction is to the north of Woolworth between holes #12/#13 to the west, #10 to the east and #11 to the north. #7 would shift to the west for the second shot with a new green built near current #12 tee box. This area is unused currently and was the site of the old maintenance facility (new maintenance facility was constructed outside the golf course perimeter at 39th and Pacific in 2008). A new par 3, new #8, would then be constructed playing to the east with the new green near current #7 green. Current #8 would then convert to #9 and the current tee box for #9 would be removed to allow for a bail-out shot for #8 to the right.

New fairway shaping on Hole #10 and addition of another bunker.

Hole #10 & Hole #11 Completed
Over 30,000 square feet of sod laid down. Plan to open the newly renovated holes will be Spring of 2026 when sod roots
New Hole #7 Simulation
Details:
Removal of existing asphalt and replace with concrete similar to other paths completed in last 10 years. Scope includes #7 green to #8 Fairway; #8 Green to #9 Woolworth; #10 Tee to #11 Fairway. Those in RED would be removed upon Phase 2 of the Golf Course Master Plan; that portion totals $75,000 (included in total estimate that follows).
New Hole #8 Simulation
Details:
The new Hole #8 will convert to a par 3 and will have space to the right of the Hole for a "bail-out shot".
Phase 3:
Golf Course Master Plan
This phase is made up of improvements on holes #17 and #18. The limit of construction is to the south of Woolworth between holes #6/7 to the west, the Clubhouse and #16 to the east, and #15 to the south. #18 will have a new green constructed in the fairway of current #9. A new tee complex will be built for #18 near current #17 green. A new green complex will be built for #17 near current #18 tee complex with a new tee complex near the split rail fence on the southwest corner of the existing parking lot. The project as currently designed includes a short-game practice facility at the location of current #17 tee complex and is included in the estimated costs.
